It’s the kind of place where you instantly feel a world away from the everyday hustle. What really sets Torre de Gomariz apart, though, is the staff. They are super friendly yet incredibly professional, striking the perfect balance between warmth and attentiveness. Every interaction felt personal and genuine, which made our stay even more memorable. The highlight of our visit was undoubtedly the evening meal. The dining experience was nothing short of Michelin-starred perfection. Every dish was an art form, with exquisite flavors and attention to detail that left us savoring every bite. It’s rare to find food that’s as much a feast for the eyes as it is for the palate, but this was exactly that. The rural charm of the hotel, combined with its luxury and refinement, makes it a truly special destination. The Torre de Gomariz is well nested into a beautiful vineyard, combining old and new building and facilities. Indoor pool and spa were perfect with the perfect temperature, the massage at the spa are very nice, the room was very comfortable and convenient, bar and restaurant are one of the best of our entire trip in Portugal !
